How does the licence work?
Each licence key is tied to a single Windows machine. Your licence key is validated against our server on startup, with offline cache support if your machine is temporarily disconnected. Keys are issued per organisation after purchase.
What counts as a "site"?
A site is a single physical location - a plant, facility, or platform - where the software is installed and running. Multiple engineers at the same site count as one site.
Can we start with Essentials and upgrade?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll issue a new licence key for the higher tier. No reinstallation required.
Does the software connect to our ICSS or DCS?
No. There is zero integration with your control system. Asset data is entered via a standard Excel spreadsheet - no network connections to plant systems at any point.
How often is the OEM database updated?
The automated refresh cycle runs on a schedule you configure - daily, weekly, or monthly. Live OEM sources (Cisco, Dell, Yokogawa, Siemens) are scraped automatically. Curated sources are reviewed a
